I was struggling with an end-to-end client journey and was re-creating the wheel for every new client without any structure - which in turn, causes a lot of extra work and administration. My clients can be with me for 12-18 months, sometimes longer throughout my process so it was really important for me to have a system built that helped clearly outline next steps and consistent communication (without me having to re write this every time). Rebecca was so helpful in helping me identify which areas of my client journey and admin were taking up way too much of my time, and helped me build a system that in turn will save me hiring a staff member. It's a huge leap, and a lot of work to implement but very worth listening to all of Rebecca's knowledge and guidance, and once it's built it will save SO much time!
